All Types of Work● Sketch Edits: All edits to the initial sketch are free of charge.● Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the sketch.● Prepayment: Prepayment before the start of work is optional and at the customer’s discretion. Please note that due to international sanctions, the refund process may be complicated.● Commercial Rights: Commercial usage rights are not included in the base price of the illustrations.● Deadline: The deadline for the project will begin once the sketch phase is completed.● Platform Fees: The customer is responsible for paying any platform fees associated with the payment of the order.● Order Postponement: If the customer is not ready to begin work, the order will be placed on hold in the queue until they are able to proceed.● Estimated Deadline: The estimated deadline for completion is between 1 to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the work.● Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to refuse to complete an order at any time if the working conditions become unsatisfactory (e.g., breach of agreements, inability to meet deadlines, unacceptable client behavior, etc.). Layer separation is not performed during the course of the work.NSFW● Refusal of Content: I reserve the right to refuse any requests for content that is invalid, inappropriate, or specifically fetishized.● Consent for NSFW Art: If you are commissioning NSFW art that features another person’s character, you must obtain and provide their explicit consent before the project can begin.Commercial Rights Terms● Default Usage Rights: All illustrations created by me are provided for personal use only (e.g., for personal social media, profiles, websites, etc.). If you intend to use the illustration for commercial purposes (such as for merchandise, advertising, or other paid projects), you must purchase commercial rights.●Commercial Rights Fee: The cost of commercial rights will be determined based on the specific project and its scale. This may be agreed upon in advance and will depend on the type of usage (e.g., for merchandise, licensing, etc.). The standard fee for commercial rights is X% of the total price (or a fixed amount, if applicable).●Rights Transfer: Upon payment for commercial rights, the customer gains the right to use the illustration for commercial purposes. However, all rights to the original source files (such as further modifications, repurposing, or resale) remain with me unless otherwise agreed.Commercial Rights for Vtuber Models● Commercial Rights: Standard commercial rights are included in the price of the Vtuber model.● Modifications and Alterations: The purchase of additional commercial rights applies only to modifications or alterations of the elements I have already created (e.g., changes to the design, colors, or structure of the existing artwork or model, such modifications can only be made after paying an additional 50% of the total order cost. This ensures compensation for revisions and additional costs.● Resale: Additional commercial rights do not apply to the resale of the model itself (e.g., selling the model as-is). In such cases, no additional payment is required. Reselling the model in its original form, without significant modification, is allowed without further commercial rights fees.●Refund Policy: Refunds are only possible if the work has not been started. After work has begun or the sketch has been approved, no refunds are possible, except in cases where I am unable to complete the order due to objective reasons (such as force majeure).● Copyright and Portfolio: I reserve the right to use completed works to demonstrate in my portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon with the client beforehand.Additional Information●Delays: Due to potential unforeseen global events or economic circumstances, the project deadline may experience delays. I strive to complete all work on time but kindly ask for your understanding should any delays occur● Expedited Work: I do not accept additional payments for expedited work. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!
